2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or minimum order value.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

  • Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.


7. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future orders.
